ANIQO unveils new song, "ANOTHER LIFE"

Berlin and Lisbon-based musician Anita Goß, performing under the name ANIQO, has unveiled her latest single, "ANOTHER LIFE," marking the final preview before the release of her forthcoming album, EARTH, LOVE AND VARIATIONS. This new track follows a series of singles including "TIME TO HEAL," "THE TURN," and "I KNOW," and is positioned as a significant artistic statement within her upcoming project.

"ANOTHER LIFE" represents the earliest composition for the album and is characterized by its art-pop sensibility. The song explores themes of parting and emotional transition, focusing on the complex experience of releasing a love that has reached its conclusion while still retaining a sense of connection and remembrance.

ANIQO delves into the emotional landscape of moving from pain to acceptance, suggesting a belief in the persistent nature of energy and relationships beyond the immediate experience. The track reflects on the idea that some connections, though temporary, leave indelible marks that alter one's path and perspective.

The album EARTH, LOVE AND VARIATIONS is scheduled for release on November 6, 2026, through the label La Double Vie. Details about the full tracklist, production collaborators, and broader thematic elements remain limited at this time.

ANIQO's artistic base spans Berlin and Lisbon, a duality that may inform the atmospheric and stylistic nuances of her work. Her previous releases have established a foundation of introspective and experimental pop music, situating her as an emerging voice within the contemporary art-pop scene.

"ANOTHER LIFE" showcases a blend of emotive lyricism and textured production, aligning with the introspective tone ANIQO has cultivated in her recent singles. The song's narrative embraces both loss and the hope of transformation, proposing a metaphysical dimension to the experience of closing chapters in relationships.

This release adds to ANIQO's growing discography and reinforces the anticipation surrounding EARTH, LOVE AND VARIATIONS. Fans and new listeners alike can anticipate a nuanced exploration of emotional complexity set against a backdrop of innovative pop music.

While further insights into the album's full scope and promotional activities are yet to be disclosed, "ANOTHER LIFE" serves as a compelling entry point into ANIQO's evolving sound and artistic vision. As the November release approaches, the music community will likely watch for how this final single integrates into the broader narrative of the album.

ANIQO's work continues to reflect a thoughtful engagement with themes of love, loss, and transformation, framed within an artful pop context. Her approach to songwriting and production underscores a commitment to exploring the emotional depths and subtle energies that shape human connections and their aftermath.
